Notification No. 29/ 2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated 7^th April, 2014

S.O…….. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 38/2010-Customs (N.T.), dated the 14^th May, 2010 vide number S.O.1106 (E) dated the 14^th May 2010 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Headquarters at Jaipur, to act as common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred upon or imposed on-

1. the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Headquarters at Jaipur; and
   
2. the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, Dist-Raigad, Maharashtra,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Crystal Enterprises, 61, Vishnu Garden, Backside Flight View Restaurant, Tonk Road, Sanganer, Jaipur and others issued vide F.No.840/JPR/19-LVI/2008, dated the 25^th January, 2010 and corrigendum issued vide F.No.840/JPR/19-LVI/2008/2610 to 2639, dated the 13^th June, 2012 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
