Notification No. 77/2015-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 18th August, 2015
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs
(Nhava Sheva-IV), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal, Uran District
Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the
powers and discharge the duties in respect of adjudication of the show cause
notices specified in column (3) of the Table below issued by the Joint
Commissioner Customs specified in column (4) in case of parties specified in
column (2) of the said Table, respectively, namely:-
