Notification No. 79/ 2015-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 18th August, 2015
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs
(IV) Air Cargo Complex (Export), Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai to act as a
common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties
conferred or imposed on the authority mentioned in column (3) of the Table
below, for the purpose of adjudicating the matter relating to Show Cause Notice,
specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table, pertaining
to the company mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table, issued by
the authority specified in the corresponding entry in column (5) of the said
Table, namely:-
