New Delhi, the 4^th September, 2015

S.O. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner, Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III), Air Cargo Complex-Import, Mumbai Zone-III to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

1. the Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs ( Import), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai;
   
2. the Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo), Chennai,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Trivitron Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., having registered office at # 15, IV^th Street, Abhiramapuram, Chennai-600018 issued vide, Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/CI-68/2013/8352 to 8355 dated the 29^th September, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
