New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on

1. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III), Air Cargo Complex (Import), Mumbai Zone III, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099;
   
2.  the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Import), New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037;
   
3. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (VII), Air Cargo Complex, Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai-600027;
   
4. the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Airport and Air Cargo Complex, C.R. Building, Queen’s Road, P.B. No. 5400, Bengaluru-560001,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Bharti Airtel Ltd., 7^th floor, Interface-7, New Link Road, Malad (West), Mumbai-400064, issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/B/ENQ-5(INT-NIL)/2014, dated the 5^th January, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
