S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Mumbai to
act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the
duties conferred or
imposed on -
- the Principal Commissioner of Customs (VII), Air Cargo Complex,
Integrated Air Cargo Complex,
Chennai-600027;
- the Assistant or Deputy Commissioner of Customs in the office of the
Principal Commissioner of
Customs (I), Air Port, Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai-600027;
- (iii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (II), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai,
Chennai-600001;
- the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs in the office of the
Principal Commissioner of
Customs (III), Air Cargo Complex, (Import), Mumbai Zone-III, Air Cargo Complex,
Sahar,
Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099;
- the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs in the office of the
Principal Commissioner of
Customs (Air Port and Air Cargo Complex), 15/1, Strand Road, Custom House,
Kolkata-700001;
- the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs in the office of the
Principal Commissioner of
Customs, Air Cargo Complex, (Import), New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New
Delhi-
110037,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to M/s. Carestream Health India Pvt. Ltd., Sunteck Centre, 1st floor,
Subash Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai-400057 and others issued vide Show Cause
Notice number DRI/MZU/NS/INV-10/2013-14, dated the 29th November, 2014 by the
Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal
Unit, Mumbai.
