New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on -

1. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III)-(Air Cargo Complex-Import), Mumbai Zone-III;
   
2.  the Commissioner of Customs, (Import-I), Mumbai, Zone-I;
   
3.  the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla;
   
4. the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Mundra;
   
5. the Commissioner of Customs, (Nhava Sheva-III), Mumbai, Zone-II;
   
6.  the Commissioner of Customs, (Preventive), Jamnagar;
   
7.  the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata;
   
8.  the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo Complex), Kolkata;
   
9. the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam;
   
10. the Commissioner of Customs, (Preventive), Bhubaneshwar;
    
11.  the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, (Import), New Delhi;
    
12.  the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), West Bengal,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Essar Power Gujarat Limited, Salaya Administrative Bldg. 44 KM, P.B. No. 7, Jamnagar-Okha Highway, Post Khambhaliya, Jamnagar District, Gujarat, M/s Essar Power M.P. Limited, Prakash Deep, 10^th floor, 7^th Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi-110 001, M/s Essar Oil Limited, Post Box No. 24, Khambhalia Post, Jamnagar District, Gujarat-361305, M/s Essar Projects (India) Limited, Essar House, 11, K.K. Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400 034 and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/CI-11/2013-14, dated 1 th March, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
