New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2015
S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner
of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a
Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties
conferred or imposed on the officers mentioned in Column 3 in respect of the
cases mentioned in Column 2 of the table given below for the purpose of
adjudication of the show cause notices mentioned therein-
