Notification No. 06/2016-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, Dated the 12^th January, 2016

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on -

1. the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Mumbai Zone II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva;
   
2. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III) - (Air Cargo Complex-Import), Mumbai Zone – III, Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai;
   
3. the Commissioner of Customs (II), Port-Import, Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;
   
4. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi-110020;
   
5. the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Import), New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to the import by M/s Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. 3^rd floor, Building No. 10, Tower-B, Phase II, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon-122002, and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/NS/Enq-101/2014-15/339, dated the 21^st July, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
