Notification No. 08/2016-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, Dated the 12^th January, 2016

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on -

1. the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
   
2. the Deputy./Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Patparganj, New Delhi;
   
3. the Additional /Joint commissioner of Customs, Ludhiana,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Balaji Enterprises, 2281, Ist floor, Hudson Line, Kingsway Camp, Delhi, and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number 23/66/2013-DZU/2114, dated the 17^th April, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, Delhi
