New Delhi, Dated the 12th January, 2016
S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner/
Commissioner of Customs, (Nhava Sheva-V), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava
Sheva, Tal.Uran, District. Raigad, Maharashtra-400707to act as a Common
Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred
or imposed on-
- the Commissioner of Customs(Imports), Office of the Commissioner of
Customs, Jawaharlal Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Mumbai;
- the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Commissioner of
Customs(Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri East, Mumbai-400099;
- the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs(Imports), Office of the
Commissioner of Customs(Import and General), New Customs House, New Delhi;
- the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Office of the
Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad-380009;
- the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Office of the
Commissioner of Customs, Tughlakabad, New Delhi,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to M/s Bombardier Transportation India Limited, The Grand Hotel, The
Grand Plaza, Ground floor, Vasant Kunj, PhaseII, Nelson Mandela Road, New Delhi
-110070 issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/NCO/Follow-up/31/2013/100-105,
dated the 10th June, 2013 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of
Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
