New Delhi, Dated the 12th January, 2016
S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4
and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal
Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House,
Nhava Sheva-III, Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra to act
as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the
duties conferred or imposed on -
- the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House,
Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra;
- the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri
(East), Mumbai-400099,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to M/s. Pooja Hardware Pvt. Ltd, C-5, Hind Saurashtra Industrial
Estate, Near Mittal Industrial Estate, Andheri Kurla Road, Marol Naka, Andheri
(East), Mumbai-400059 and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number
VIII/26/17/2010-DRI VIC, dated the 30th September, 2014 by the Additional
Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Chennai
