Notification No. 63/2016-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, Dated the 04th May, 2016
S.O. (E).- In supersession of the Orders/Notification as indicated in Column (5)
of Table below and in
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the
Commissioner of Customs, Nhava
Sheva-IV, Mumbai Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad
(Maharashtra) to act as
a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties
conferred or imposed on the
officers mentioned in Column (4), in respect of the show cause notices mentioned
in Column (3) of the Table for
the purpose of adjudication thereof
