am directed to enclose herewith a copy of Order No. 1A/94-CX-6 dated 3rd
February 1994 on the above subject. Order No. 1/94-CE dated 5th January 1994 on
the same subject stands cancelled.

exercise of the powers conferred by notification No. 3 54/86-Central Excise
dated 20th June, 1986, Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby assigns to
