G.S.R.--(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4, read with sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the following
officers specified in column (2) of the Table below as the officers of Customs
of the rank specified in the column (3) of the said Table, for the purpose of
conducting audit under the On-site Post Clearance Audit at the Premises of
Importers and Exporters Regulations, 2011, having jurisdiction over the area
mentioned in column (4) of the said Table, namely:-
