(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 24 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the following amendments in the notifications specified in column (2) of the Table below are made by the Board , as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table , namely :-
