Notification No. 73 / 2010-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 12^th August, 2010.

S.O . (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Additional Commissioner of Customs,(Imports), Customs House, (Sea Cargo), Chennai; and
   
   
2. the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Post Uran, District Raigad,Maharashtra

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Krishna Impex International,79, Shyam Lal Road, Darya Ganj, Delhi and others, issued vide, F.No. DRI F.No.23/54/2008-DZU dated the 16th April, 2010 by the Additional Director , Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
