S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the officers specified in column (3) of the Table below in respect of the Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd. situated at No. 24, ‘Salarpuria Arena’, Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bangalore- 560030 and others issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Bangalore Zonal Unit, Bangalore and specified in the corresponding column (2) the said Table, for the purposes of adjudication.
