Notification No. 5/ 2011-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, dated the 27th January, 2011.
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai to exercise the
powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the officers specified
in column (5) of the Table below in respect of the Show Cause Notices specified
in the corresponding column (3) pertaining to parties specified in column (2)
issued by the authorities mentioned in column (4) of the said Table, for the
purposes of adjudication.
