New Delhi, dated the 12th August, 2010.
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import-Sea), Chennai to
exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Joint
Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva for the purpose of adjudicating the
matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Krithika and Priyanka
Technologies, 1-7-166/1/5, Old Parsi Fire Temple Trust, 128, M.G.Road,
Secunderabad vide DRI F.No. VIII/26/13(Nava Sheva)/08-HRU dated the 12th June,
2008 by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hyderabad
Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
