S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra, to act as officers specified in column (4) of the Table below in the matters relating to Show Cause Notices specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the said Table, for the purposes of adjudication, namely :-
