(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Surat-1 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on

Fabrics, M/s Imtiyaz Traders, M/s Salim & Company, M/s A.M.Overseas, M/s Novelty Impex, M/s R.N.Impex, M/s Regal Textiles, owned or managed or controlled by Chakkiwala Brothers issued, vide, F.No. DRI/SRU/INV-02/2005, dated the 20th April, 2007, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Rupen Bungalow, Nr. Jain Merchant Society, Paldi, Ahmedabad – 380 007.
