S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Bangalore and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs , Bangalore, to act in respect of the show cause notices specified in column (3) in relation to the corresponding entries in column (2) of the Table below, for the purpose of adjudication, namely:-
