In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and
sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Board of Excise and Customs for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause
Notices pertaining to M/s Haldex India Limited, B-71, MIDC, Ambad, Nashik,
Maharashtra hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Nhava Sheva,
to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge
the duties conferred or imposed on the following adjudicating authorities in
column 3 in respect of Show Cause Notices against their names in column 2 of the
Table below, namely:-
