Appoints the Commissioner of Customs to show cause notice

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (General), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to the show cause notice issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Colaba, Mumbai, to M/s Technical Associates Limited, Lucknow vide F.No.: DRI/MZU/B/Enq-06/2005-06, dated the 20th January, 2006, as amended by corrigendum vide F.No.: DRI/MZU/B/Enq-06/2005-06, dated the 28th February, 2006.
