In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 52/2004-Customs(N.T.), dated the 20th April, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide No. G.S.R. 271(E), dated the 20th April, 2004, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints Shri H.K.Mittal, Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Delhi "Pre-Revised- the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, New Delhi to act as Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo, Chennai, Commissioner of Customs, Sea Port, Chennai and Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Delhi ], for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Unicorn Industries, E-35A, Basement, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and Others, issued, vide DRI.F. No. 23/132/2002-DZU/66-90, dated the 30th December, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4,6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
