Attention is invited to Foreign Trade Policy – 2004-09 and Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) 2004-09.
Comments of Trade and Industry as well as other stakeholders are solicited with regard to any confusion/clarification, if any, in respect of
1. Para 3.5.2 Note 4 of the Policy relating to grant of Status House certificate.
Existing Para
“One Star Export House status shall be considered only in case the exporter has minimum export performance of Rs. 15 Crores or more during any two years out of the current and preceding three years.”
2. Documentary requirements under Para 3.19.3 of Handbook of Procedures Vol. I with respect to VKGUY scheme.
Existing Para
“For direct as well as third party exports, the Export documents viz. Export Order, Invoice, GR form, Bank Realization Certificate should be in the name of applicant only.”
The written comments shall be furnished by 19th February 2007 to O/o DGFT, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi-11.
