Bharatiya Reserve Note Mudran is 'Ltd.' and not 'Pvt. Ltd.'

No. 40 dated 23rd March 1998
In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade Development and Regulation
Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 4.1 of Export and Import Policy,
1997-2002, the Central Government hereby notifies the following corrections in
the "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997 -2002",
namely:
In para 2 of
licensing note No. (2) of Chapter 48, name of "Bharatiya Reserve Bank. Note
Mudran Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai" shall be amended to read as "Bharatiya
Reserve Bank Note Mudran Ltd., Bangalore."

issues in public interest.
