CBEC appoints adjudicating athorities for DRI cases
|
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise(Adjudication), Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi, to act as, -
(i) Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; and
(ii) Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai, for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Shree Durga Impex, D-135, East of Kailash, New Delhi and Others issued vide, F.No.DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3353-68, dated the 3rd September, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
