CBEC appoints adjudicators
|
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise(Adjudication), New Customs House, Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi, to act as, -
(i) Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii) Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai;
(iii) Commissioner of Customs, Kandla; and
(iv) Commissioner of Central Excise, Rohtak,
for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Bhagwati Components Manufacturing Co. Ltd, 541, office no.1, Corporate Centre, C-48, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi and Others issued, vide, F.No.DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3481-3508, dated the 9th September, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
