CBEC hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Customs House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi

G.S.R.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of rule 3 of the Central excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Customs House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi as the Central Excise Officer and invests him with all the powers of the following officers,-

    for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. A Square Automation Pvt. Ltd. and others issued vide DRI F.No. 50D/131/2004-CI dated 9.07.2007 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hqrs- New Delhi.
