CBEC notifies Chief Commissioners & Commissioners' Committees for review cases
|
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board appoints the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise to act as the Chief Commissioners of Customs for the purpose of constitution of a Committee under sub-section (1B) if section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
