CBEC notifies loading/unloading of goods in Jammu and Kashmir

S.O. (E). � In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the Table, annexed to the said notification, against serial number 7 relating to Jammu and Kashmir, in column (4), for the existing entries, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

No. 42 (E) dated 11th January, 2005).
