CBEC notifies Nagpur as port for import/export goods
|
S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94 - Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994), namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 11, in column (3), against item (c) relating to Nagpur, for the entry under column 4, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
