In
exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 5 0f the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (SI. No 22 of 1992) read with Paragraph
1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.
2. The entry at SI. No.4 (v) (a) of, Chapter 16,
Part III, Paragraph 16.3- Canalised Items of EXlM Policy 1997-2002 shall be
amended to read as under �
"4(v) (a) Chrome Ore lumps with Cr2 03 not exceeding 40 %".
