Clarification regarding the particulars to be prescribed under Rule 57 GG

I
am directed to the provisions of Notification No. 33/94-CE (NT). By virtue of
the powers granted vide Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid notification CBEC hereby
prescribes that the mode of transportation along with motor vehicle registration
no. and time of despatch in case of transportation by a motor vehicle, shall be
indicated in the dealers, invoice after the column (i) pertaining to date and
time of issue, in serial Nos. 1, 3 and 4 of the Proforma Invoice given under
Notf.33/94-CE.

This Circular shall take effect w.e.f. 1st September 1994.

Suitable Trade Notices may be issued in this regard.
