Clearance of imported metal scrap–Procedure regarding.

I am directed to invite your attention to the Board�s Circular No.56/2004-Cus, dated 18th October, 2004, as amended on the above mentioned subject. As per the changes in the Handbook of Procedure (Vol.I), the Board hereby makes following further amendment in the Circular No.56/2004-Cus, as amended dated 18.10.2004.
In para 5(ii), after the list of 21customs stations, the following entries shall be inserted, namely,-
�22. CFS Mulund.� 2. The above instructions may be brought to the notice of the Trade immediately through appropriate Public Notice.
3. Receipt of this Circular may kindly be acknowledged.
4. Hindi version will follow.
