Co-operation of the Trade sought during Computer Training to the staff
|
With a view to increase adaptability to the updated automated systems & computerisation and efficiency in operations, especially in view of on-line processing of digitally signed applications, this office has embarked upon Computer Training for all staff and officers in this office. This training will be conducted in the phased manner whereby all staff members and officers will require up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in application of computers and functioning of the newly introduced processing systems.
The training, as the members of Trade would agree, is a very important input for efficiency and effective functioning, it certainly requires some time to be spared out of the already very busy schedule of the staff. Therefore, the deputing of staff members and officers on training may, to some extent, result in delay in some cases. However, every effort will be made to ensure that such instances are kept to the minimum.
Members of Trade are requested to kindly bear with us as this training of the staff and officers has been undertaken for better functioning of our organisation and for ultimately reduction in transaction costs of the exporters.
