Condition - Appendix 22C - Format of Certificate of payments & Appendix 27 - Format of Project authority certificate

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol. I :
(1) In 18722">Appendix 22C � Format of Certificate of payments issued by the project authority, the following shall be added below condition (a):-
�Supply and installation of goods and equipment (single responsibility of turnkey contracts) to projects financed by multilateral or bilateral agencies/funds as notified by Deptt. of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance under International Competitive Bidding in accordance with the procedures of those agencies/funds, which the bids may have been invited and evaluated on the basis of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) prices for the goods manufactured abroad�.
(2) In 18742">Appendix 27 � Format of project authority certificate, the following shall be added below condition (a):-
