Constitution of Authority for Advance Ruling
Customs
Notification No. 16 dated 24th April 2002
In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of
Section 28F, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government
hereby constitutes an Authority, for giving advance rulings, to called as �the
Authority for Advance Ruling� and the Authority shall hold its office at
New Delhi.
