Correction in the Notification No.44/2008-CE (N.T.) Dt. 06th October-2008
In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 44/2008-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 6th October, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 721 (E), dated the 6th October, 2008 , at page 2, in line 15, for “tariff item 27112900”, read “Heading 2711”.
