Subject: Correction in the Product Description in MEIS Schedule- Table 2 of
Appendix 38
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2015- 2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby effects the
following changes in the description of products in Table 2 of Appendix 3 B
(notified through Annexure to
Public Notice No. 2 dated April 1, 2015
and
subsequently amended through Public Notice No. 27 dated July 14. Public Notice
No. 28 dated July 16,
Public Notice No. 44 dated October 29 of 2015,
Public
Notice No. 6 dated May 4,
Public Notice No. 26 dated August 26,
Public Notice
No. 32 dated September 22 of 2016 and
Public Notice 44 dated 15th Nov, 2016):
2. The description of the Tariff line in the Appendix 3B is corrected, to
read as in column (4) below with effect from 01.04.2015.

3. Effect of this Corrigendum: A correction has been made in the MEIS
Appendix 3B description in Entry no. 113. to align it with the ITC HS present at
the time of the notification of
Public Notice 02, dated 01st April, 2015. This
correction is in effect from 01st April, 2015
