In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following corrections / amendments in HBPv1 (including Appendices and ANFs):
1. The following entries are added after the Entry no. 76 in Table 1 of Appendix
37D:

2. In Table 1of Appendix 37A, Sl. No. 7 is deleted and Sl. No. 6 is replaced as

3. In the Note in Table 1D of Appendix 37A, the words “Table 1A” are replaced by
the words “Table 1D”.
4. In the subheading - Value Added Extract of following Herbs’ of Table 1F of
Appendix 37A (appearing after VKGUY product code 624), the numbers ‘(8.625 to
8.746)’ are replaced as ‘(625 to 746)’.
This applies for exports w.e.f 27.8.2009.
This issues in public interest.
