Corrections in the Public Notice No-07 dated 23.9.2004 related to textile product group
|
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in the DEPB rates modified/amended /corrected vide Public Notice No. 7/2004-2009 dated 23.9.2004 :-
PRODUCT GROUP : TEXTILES
PRODUCT CODE : 89
(1) DEPB Entry No. 48 : The DEPB rate corrected to read as 3.90 instead of 5.50
(2) DEPB Entry No. 50 : The DEPB rate corrected to read as 7.2 instead of 5.00
(3) DEPB Entry No. 55B : The DEPB rate corrected to read as 6.60 instead of 7.20
(4) DEPB Entry No. 60 : The value cap corrected to read as Rs. 300.00 per piece instead of NIL.
(5) DEPB Entry No. 75 : The DEPB rate corrected to read as 3.30 instead of 4.40
