G.S.R. (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance, Department of Revenue,
No. 19/2010-Central Excise, dated the 13th
April, 2010, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part
II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 321 (E), dated the 13th
April, 2010,-
“for ‘Chewing tobacco (other than filter khaini)’ wherever it occurs, read
‘Chewing tobacco (other than filter khaini) and Jarda scented Tobacco’.”
