I am directed to invite your attention to the Boards Circular No 36/2004-Cus dated 24th May 2004 on the subject of Posting of Cost Recovery Officer in EOU/EHTP/STP.
2. It has been noticed that the last sentence of para 3 of the referred circular contains a typographical error. The sentence � This will apply to cost recovery charges payable for the year 2004-2005.� may be read as �This will apply to cost recovery charges payable from the year 2004-2005.�
