Corrigendum to Circular No.786/19/2004-CX dated 19/05/2004
|
I am directed to refer to Board�s 15579">Circular No.786/19/2004-CX dated 19/05/2004 and to state that inadvertently the district of Kancheepuram in the State of TamilNadu was omitted. Accordingly, sub-para (2) of Para 2 shall now read as follows:
�(2) Places: The warehouses may be established and registered in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Mumbai, the Districts of Pune and Raigad in the state of Maharashtra, the District of East Midnapore in the state of West Bengal, District of Kancheepuram in the State of Tamil Nadu and the District of Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh.�
2. The field formations may suitably be informed.
3. Receipt of this Circular may please be acknowledged.
