In the English version of Notification
No. 40/2015-2020 dated 23rd Feb 2017
the words 'availed and Gems’ in the sixth line second sentence of amended
Paragraph 4.34 (i) of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 shall be read as 'availed
and/or Gems’.
