Subject: Corrigendum to
Trade Notice No. 42/29019-20 and
No. 43/2019-20
dated 19.12.2019.
Reference is invited to
Trade Notice No. 42/29019-20 and
No. 43/2019-20 dated 19.12.2019 laying down the modalities for import of Urad
upto an annual quota of 04 lakh MT for the fiscal year 2019-2020. In the matter,
corrigendum to the Notification S.O. 4540 (E) dated 18.12.2019 has been issued
rectifying the HS Code and the item description of Urad. The copy of the
corrigendum dated 24.12.2019 is enclosed herewith for ready reference.
22. Accordingly, the millers/ traders shall mention HSN code 07133110 while
applying for the import quota of additional Urad (2.5 lakh MT) instead of HSN
Code 0713 3190 for the fiscal year 2019-2020.
