In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),
the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur to be
the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi for
the purpose of adjudicating the show cause notices pertaining to M/s. Livia
Exports and others, New Delhi issued vide DRI.F.No.23/157/98-DZU, dated the 29th
September, 2000 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,
Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
